Best on the Big Girl Swing

Yep, that is right. The youngest (18 month) old is the best on the big girl swing. She even knows how to stop it and slowly get off. We are pretty sure that she is going to be our little athlete.

Happy Birthday Mia

Our sweet Mia Pu turned 3 yesterday. Nanna and Poppy stopped by to celebrate with us. The girls had loads of fun.

Bounce House

So Dan and I decided that we needed some serious marketing for how fun the "new house" is going to be. We pulled out all the stops with a bounce house.

How many trips to Children's Mercy do you think this is going to cause us?

Under Construction

The remodeling began on the new house on Monday March 8th. I (Elise) of course am on cloud nine because I love this kind of stuff. However I am also dying because I can't just live over there all the time. I instead have to content myself with going over every night after the girls are in bed.

I love doing demolition. Taking off the backsplash has been a blast. This picture is fairly indicative of what the whole house looks like right now.

The Little Singer

And we thought Brianna was an early singer. Hadley takes the cake. She loves to sing. She is singing her song that her Daddy wrote for her called "Happy Hadley Who". Her other favorite is "The B.I.B.L.E".

Sling

I was never much of a sling person. Neither the girls nor I cared for the feel of it. Dan however.....different story. This takes a secure man.

Renters

So today we close on both houses, however we will continue to live in our current house for the next month and a half or so. So I told Dan a few days ago that today we have to give a key to our house to the new buyer. His response was "Wow, I can't believe we have to give a key to our house to a complete stranger. That is so weird". My response was well it is really even weirder for the buyer because as of today she is going to have 5 complete strangers living in HER house.

So bizarre. I am trying not to think about it.

Silly Girls

It is so fun to see the girls get more and more imaginative and silly.

• Mia wears a backpack about 70% of the day stuffed with "her things"
• Brianna loves to create "presents" for daddy
• Hadley has a shoe fettish and can be seen wearing someone's shoes most of the day

Valentine's Day

Daddy got the girls baloons and cards for Valentine's Day. They of course LOVED them.
